The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan
Set up on 1 July 1961, a statutory autonomous body established under the Chartered Accountants Ordinance 1961. The Institute is governed by a Council which is composed of 16 members; 12 are elected Institute members and 4 officials nominated by the Federal Government.

The Institute of Cost and Manangement Accountants of Pakistan
Founded in May 1951 and was originally named "Pakistan Institute of Industrial Accountants" which was change in 1976 to the ICMAP. The Institute is a statutory body constituted under the Cost and Management Accountants Act 1966.
