The CAPA Board in September 2011 approved the formation of a working group of Members to focus on developing professional accountancy organisations (PAOs). The group named "PAO Development (PAOD) Committee" met for the first time in May 2012 in conjunction with the CAPA Board meeting.

This second meeting will be hosted by the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA).
