IFAC works with its 164 members and associates in 125 countries and jurisdictions via special commitees and independent standard-setting boards.
The IFAC Board is responsible for setting policy, and overseeing IFAC operations, implementation of programs and the work of the committees and independent standard-setting boards. The IFAC Board meets 4 times a year to carry out its duties and responsibilities.
